This two-seater version of the MIRAGE 2000C retains the full operational capabilities of the original, polyvalent single-seater jet fighter, since it is endowed with the same weapons system. Primarily intended to be an advanced training plane, the MIRAGE 2000B can function as both interceptor and attack plane. Unlike the original jet, the MIRAGE 2000B has no internal guns, but can carry a gun gondola under its fuselage.
